- Payment card data is processed directly by Stripe/Khalti and never touches our servers.

- Booking records — retained for 5 years after your last stay for accounting and legal compliance.
- Account data — retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
- Communication records — retained for up to 2 years.
- Server logs — retained for up to 90 days.
